High-Volume TPU Production for Law Enforcement Accessories

Primo3D supported a small business specializing in law enforcement badge backers by rapidly producing and fulfilling an order of more than 2,000 custom TPU components on a compressed production timeline.

The project required reverse-engineering and accurately replicating an existing flexible product design while maintaining consistency, durability, and dimensional accuracy across a large production run. Using TPU materials allowed the final parts to retain the flexibility and resilience required for everyday field use.

To meet the client’s deadline, Primo3D coordinated high-volume print production, quality control, and batch processing to ensure reliable turnaround without sacrificing part consistency. The project demonstrated our ability to scale additive manufacturing for functional end-use products, even under demanding timelines.
